Endowment Programs
Endowment gifts ensure the future with responsible investments that will provide a revenue stream for years to come. Many of our programs are supported by endowment fund income.

Donors who wish to contribute to Beth Sholom Village may make contributions that support enrichment programs and enhance the quality of life for our residents. This type of support enables us to provide entertaining and stimulating recreational activities and to provide housing subsidy to those in need far into the future

Planned Giving Annuities, Trust, Wills and Bequests and Insurance Gifts Charitable trusts, gift annuities, bequests in wills and life insurance policies make up the myriad of gifts that will help fund the future for The Village. One of the most used forms of planned giving is the Charitable Gift Annuity. This type of gift can offer excellent tax savings and other financial benefits. Charitable Gift Annuities provide the donor or their family members with lifetime income at an attractive rate of return. Planned Giving donors receive recognition in the community and on the Donor Recognition Walls.

Major gifts offer donors the opportunity to leave a permanent legacy. Donors may establish a naming opportunity via direct contributions, multi-year pledges, or irrevocable planned gifts.
