Planned Giving Annuities, Trust, Wills and Bequests and Insurance Gifts Charitable trusts, gift annuities, bequests in wills and life insurance policies make up the myriad of gifts that will help fund the future for The Village. One of the most used forms of planned giving is the Charitable Gift Annuity. This type of gift can offer excellent tax savings and other financial benefits. Questions and Answers
I'd like to help, but will my small donation really make a difference?
The Village welcomes all gifts, regardless of size. Gifts not designated for any specific fund are put into the General Fund. Income only from the General Fund is used for the benefit of the Village as determined by the Board of Directors.
Why do some of the Village funds list a specific purpose?
Often donors request their contribution be used for a special fund, such as activities, which provides outside entertainment for the residents , continuing staff education, or religious programs through the Rabbi Aaron Baer Religious Education Fund.
